He was so accommodating and when it turned out that we couldn't transfer the information from my mom's old phone (because it was REALLY old), he insisted on manually entering all her contacts on the new phone. He has a can-do attitude and he was such a pleasure to deal with. Go to the Walled Lake, MI location and ask for Mike!
