  Visited this location on 2/15/18 found a dresser I loved, was about to purchase it then the cashier convinced me to wait another day for the 50% off everything donated sale (my money is pretty tight so it seemed like a good idea). I took a picture of the dresser and price tag, it was marked at $22.99. I waited until the following day 2/16/18 and called the store, I was told the dresser was already sold- ok no big deal. BUT then I drove 40 miles back to see if they had anything else since the selection was great the day before, when I arrived I immidently headed towards the furniture and the dresser was still there. I double checked the tag and the price was increased to $69.99!!! I asked to speak to a manager, I talked to Tiffany, she couldn't give me any definite reasoning as to why the price was increased so much. I was told someone probably bought it and returned it within the same day then it got repriced. Even with my proof of it being $22.99 the day before (the tag was dated) they would not honor the pricing. I've never delt with such an unreasonable, unhelpful, rude manager before. Since I drove so rediculiously far to hopefully find another dresser I still bought it, but then I had other problems. I waited outside the loading doors for 15-20 mins before anyone came outside (even after two people saw me and looked at me, including Tiffany again). I was about to head in through the main doors when someone finally acknowledged me. By far THE WORST experience I've ever had at ANY Goodwill or thrift/resale store. Frustration is an understatement for what I experienced. I will not be going back to this location.

  This is my favorite Goodwill's to visit, Always a great time. Super Cool Staff ;) You never know what you'll find. Always something new every visit. Very clean and well organized. You will not be disappointed. (Ps Love the computer speakers ) Thanks!
