  Literally the biggest jokes of a business I have ever witnessed, not only were they RACIST to me and my wife, they took our money and will not give it back, contacting the BBB as we speak.

  Selection in the showroom is terrible and outdated. We ordered a sectional and a full bedroom set from a catalog in the store. The sectional had some minor defects when it arrived (chrome pieces were rusted). The owner, Freddie, said he would take care of it and replace the parts. It's been 10 months and nothing has changed. The bedroom set was delivered with missing parts. It took three weeks to get the remaining parts to put the bed together. After just 9 months of use, the bed frame was completely bent and can no longer be used. When the installer came to look at it, he said this isn't the first time it's happened with that type of frame. It's been 5 weeks and we keep getting lies that the replacement is still coming. Freddie, the owner, even had the nerve to raise his voice and yell at my wife when she asked for a status update. Going forward, we'll be ordering from companies with better customer service (Art Van, Wayfair, AllModern , etc.).
